Iconographie : lézard moulé au naturel au cerveau, croix d’ornementation gothique avec l’inscription AVE MARIA, Saintes Juste et Ruffine dans une chapelle tribolée, Saint Michel dans une chapelle trilobée, saint Evêque dans une chapelle trilobée, Christ de Saint Grégoire. Signature du fondeur : chausse flanquée de deux animaux. Epigraphie : latin, écriture majuscule romaine. Note : ré 5.
