Précision sur l'inscription :	Inscription : En 1740, le 17 juillet, Marie Anne Douais, habitante de Chalabre, Diocèse de Mirepoix en Languedoc, a été miraculeusement guérie, dans la chapelle de Font Roumeau sous l'invocation de la Ste Vierge Mère de Dieu. Il y avait quatre mois qu'elle ne prenait aucune espèce de nourriture et ne pouvait d'ailleurs marcher et se lever de terre que sur son dos et le visage tourné vers le ciel. Dans ce déplorable état qui attirait les yeux et les gémissements de tout un grand peuple, ses parents lui firent en vain éprouver tous les remèdes possibles. Vouée et présentée par sa mère Elizabet Villeneuve elle reprit parfaitement l'usage de tous ses sens. En éternelle reconnaissance elle offre ce monument à la postérité. EX.VOTO. Date : 1740.
