Description :	Cette crosse abbatiale, en forme de volute, est figurée par un serpent couvert d'écailles, à la croupe hérissée de crochets, se repliant en orbe vers lui-même ; il dévorait un feuillage qui existait encore vers 1850. Dans la courbe décrite par le serpent, au milieu d'un quatrefeuilles perlé, se tient l'agneau divin, la tête tournée vers la croix qu'il semble soutenir de sa jambe gauche repliée. La douille où s'emmanchait le bâton de la crosse a conservé la couleur rougeâtre du métal et la trace des clous où passaient les têtes des goupilles.

Historique :	Anciennement déposée au Palais des Rois de Majorque à Perpignan. Numéro d'inventaire du Centre d'Art sacré d'Ille-sur-Têt (dépôt vers 1990) : 66130. La crosse a été retrouvée derrière le maître-autel de l'église abbatiale, au début du 19e siècle, parmi les décombres.
