Historique :	'La fabrique possédait... un buste de saint Jacques en argent avec chapeau de même métal'. Toutefois, les poinçons nous inclinent à admettre qu'il s'agit plutôt d'une reproduction de l'ancien chapeau de saint Jacques du buste des reliques (qui existait dès le 15e siècle), reproduction exécutée dans les premières années du 19e siècle, lors de la reprise du culte à Saint-Jacques (à partir de 1803).
