Description :	Au centre, bas-relief doré et peint : saint Hyacinthe de profil à genoux devant l'autel où la Vierge lui apparait (l'archange Raphaël et le jeune Tobie). A droite, saint François d'Assise reçoit les stigmates. Fronton : le Couronnement de la Vierge, surmonté du Père Eternel, avec à gauche, la Vierge et à droite, l'ange de l'Annonciation. Prédelle (de gauche à droite) : saint Hyacinthe un lys à la main ; saint Hyacinthe étend son manteau pour passer le fleuve à pied sec ; saint Hyacinthe préchant ; le Christ en croix entre la Vierge et saint Jean ; la Vierge apparait à saint Hyacinthe ; le saint bénit deux enfants assis sur une brouette ; un saint dominicain martyr.
