Description :	Le retable comporte dans la niche centrale, une statue de la Vierge à l'Enfant, encadrée par quatre panneaux sculptés : à gauche et en bas, la Nativité, en haut, la Résurrection, à droite et en bas, l'Adoration des Mages et en haut, l'Enfant Jésus au milieu des docteurs. Le registre supérieur se compose de trois panneaux sculptés : au centre, l'Assomption, à gauche, l'Annonciation et à droite, la Visitation. La prédelle comporte trois bas-reliefs : de gauche à droite, l'Agonie au jardin des Oliviers, le Couronnement d'épines et la Flagellation. A la base, des statuettes surmontaient les socles, dont une seule demeure, à gauche, sainte Thérèse. Une rosace ornait le pinacle (sacristie).

Historique :	Ce retable appartient à la deuxième période du baroque roussillonnais (1675-1775) : élimination complète des panneaux peints, remplacés par des bas-reliefs, colonnes salomoniques à pampres chargés d'oiseaux et d'angelots, composition et sculptures plus touffues et mouvementées.
